I would say that in the US its like, only acceptable for the shoes to touch the floor. Anything else is weird. We are so awkward because its almost odd sometimes to ASK to take your shoes off. We are weird about feet. Hahaha. US show creators are like “god forbid spongebob ends up on wiki feet”.
