The reason AEW will always have my total support for dumb goofy stuff like this is that it’s done with such clear joy from the performers, rather than trying to cash in on a trend/chase a “viral moment”

Happy AEW Women’s Tag Team tournament kickoff to those who celebrate
I wrote about how hyped I was for AEW Women’s Tag belts in the lead to this years All In and after digesting the brackets, it feels like it was fully worth the wait.
Willow/Harley vs Bayne/Ford would be a great final to me personally but I’ve been hurt by inaugural tag tournaments in AEW before 😅😅

Ehhh I’m no so sure if they’ve done much to make the demand feel like bigger stars. The group has done that themselves, I think they’d be in the same position if it had been a bunch of other teams they were up against.
Also, feud was just a straight 50/50 booking.

It’s taken several years to work it out but I’ve finally realised that I think Sammy just gives Sandoval vibes and that’s where my distrust/dislike of him stems from.
The way his entrance on AEW Homecoming this week was taking away from the group sums it all up.

The thing that is most heartbreaking about Ibushis leg break on AEW is that he looked like he finally started regaining his confidence this year.
After going through so many issues, to finally seeming to get close to being the wrestler he was, this just fucking sucks. Pure heartbreak once again.
