Not a site, but this sounds like something unix text utils should be able to do. This works (with bash to print out one character at a time):
s="my text my text again"; while [ -n "$s" ]; do printf '%c\n' "$s"; s=${s#?}; done | sort | uniq -c

I just right-clicked on this page and there was on option to "Save As...". Seems to do what it always used to, create a local html file and a subdirectory with all referenced resources. The shortcut is ctrl-s. I'm using Brave, Chromium-based.

I was reading Tanith Lee in my early teens, long before i'd heard of the aforementioned now-tarnished fantasy author. I don't recal there being anything explicit, just tastefully hinted at. Maybe i wasn't reading the right books :) I keep meaning to pick up more of her stuff again...

Yes please! I'm starting to use Obsidian more, after ditching Evernote. I'd be really interested in how you set everything up to do this!
