I was like that too when I was still playing adventure communist and other idle games. Did not feel like I could get into any game at all when playing so many different things at once.
I stopped doing that a while ago, so I can concentrate on one thing and give it the attention it deserves

Playing five games at the moment and all of them are quite long. I still feel pretty fulfilled because I try to limit myself to 1 or 2 different games on one day at most. Stalker 2 to get pumped up and pillars of eternity 2 to wind down before bed.
Feels like I can make good progress like this.
