On Day 2 we discussed the Next-Generation Tools (nextgen-tools.iedb.org); today Daniel Marrama walked through the cancer-specific tools and how to design a cancer analysis pipeline. These tools are denoted by the @cedar-epitopes.bsky.social logo to show their cancer application #iedbuw2025

Dr. @zeynepky.bsky.social next presented how to access the CEDAR data through database queries and exports (cedar.iedb.org), using real case studies. If you haven't already, we recommend testing out the database, building your own query, and filtering results!

The classic Analysis Resource also contains B Cell Epitope Prediction Tools (tools.iedb.org/main/bcell/) and Joakim Clifford from the Denmark Technical University next discussed these tools. We are busy implementing B cell predictions to the Next-Gen site - stayed tuned in early 2026! #iedbuw2025

Our Leidos collaborator, Kelly Wheeler, discussed how to download the data in the IEDB via the Custom Exports in the web interface, or programatically using our Application Programming Interface (API). We try to cater to all approaches, making it easy for our users to download IEDB data! #iedbuw2025
