More mantis cat-behaviours: if there's something on their front paws they don't like, they sometimes do that snapping-flicking motion to get it off.
They will paw rapidly, with both forearms stretched out upwards, when they are wanting to get somewhere else/reach something🥺

They're both so sweet!!! That pale green colour is beautiful 😮

I don't know how intense any loss would feel for me, but I'm willing to manage it however it is. Also yes!!! The pinning and preserving is interesting, it's something I'm looking into as well ☺️

When they preen their front 'paws' and then rub their eyes! That's just like a cat! 😭 And of course that they have those lil raptorial arms at all!
I didn't expect the love of Mantids to Get Me. I'm looking into keeping them (and Australian leaf insects, too) ☺️
