It was the 30 in 2024. Kicking teams were content with touchbacks at that point. That's why they changed it to the 35 for 2025. Seems to have done the trick in encouraging returnable kicks.

Possibly billing address-based verification, like some teams have started doing to try to prevent rival fans from buying tickets to big games. (Padres in last year's NLDS)
