These are the settings I use. Your hardware & internet 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 cause problems but if it does you can safely turn down the resolution to 720p30 and use a lower bitrate of 4000. If you don't have access to transcoding via your streaming service it may be worth switching to 720p30
