That’s good to hear. I haven’t interacted with the Kamen Rider fandom before this, so I don’t have any clue what to expect. I’m wary of fandoms in general these days.

Okay, cool! Thanks! I’ll see if they have my ship tagged as 五一 or such. I did find a good bit of doujinshi on mandarake that I imagine were probably sold at Comiket back in the day. So I’m happy to say it doesn’t seem like the whole fandom is antis.

Ugh, that’s upsetting. I expect Japanese fandoms to be more laid-back… but I did notice a surprising lack of R18 Kuuga art on Pixiv, so based on that, it sounds like this is a real issue. :/

And it doesn’t have to contain actual sex. In the case of Kuuga, it’s just that the hero wears tights. And he’s shippable with Ichijo. That’s enough sex appeal for me. So I guess other superhero shows with positive messages would do the trick.

I feel like adult shows that contain sexual stuff tend to be dark, without the positive messages I seek. So it’s difficult to find things with both positivity and sexiness.

I actually just started recently! I think I’m on episode 3? I skipped to the episode where Kaito shows up, since I’d been wanting to see him, but I’ll backtrack when I continue. xD
