After six months of pondering, reading (I highly recommend Claire Dederer’s ‘Monsters’) and planning I finally decided how I would deal with the tattoo of a certain author’s signature. Today an image of Anansi, the trickster god of West African folklore, was added.

Yesterday I just knew I was going to be disappointed in the election results, so I stopped at Unity and bought this. I intend to cope by spending a few days ignoring the outcome - and reading what I’m told is the Greatest Novel Ever seems like a good way of doing that.

This afternoon I gutted a long-dead old Apple G5 Mac Pro and turned it into a charging station for the lounge. Geeky recycling 😂

After two days spring-cleaning I’ve just found my copy of ‘Dogma’. Joy! I’d assumed I’d lost it when moving from Australia to New Zealand. Thanks to that POS Weinstein, it is virtually impossible to get, and I was resigned to never seeing the film again. Snootchie bootchies!
