I don't think they're going to jail, however they're not coming back. they're off of all platforms, seeking professional help and slowly privating all YouTube videos, essentially trying to keep this whole thing as quiet as possible. Hope this helps! :3

They deleted their speedrun account, they've basically disappeared off if the internet to get help. They won't be back for a while/ won't be coming back. That's what cibbles said.
