Appreciate all the responses. We will be working on practical tips to help mitigate exposure. There’s no way to completely prevent it but certain sensible steps will help. Fortunately we work with a diligent patient population.

It took my almost five years, but I finally got COVID in June. I had all my shots and boosters, my doctor put me on Paxlovid immediately, and I did nasal washes 4-5 times a day. I felt better after two days, tested negative by day 5, no rebound.
