You are correct and also there are Siivagunner rippers who have become musicians or producers IRL or they do it on the side while still submitting rips to Siivagunner

Weren't mashups mainly done by DJs trying to throw something fun together at the club to make people go "oh shiiiit!!!" before everyone started mashing space jam up with everything? I don't think Neil Cicierega was ever meant to be the standard

It doesn't help that there are like 3 or 4 different characters named Riliks with different titles, and only 1 of them is confirmed outright to be a different character from the others (their name is spelled slightly different). It's giving Magoichi Saika

I could never slander Tite Kubo, his character designs go hard, he has a cool & funny trans girl character and he's consistently refused to make art for that one Ruroni Kenshin showcase WSJ do every year

Bleach isn't as popular but it's final arc is still being adapted into an anime, just slowly
It also got a fighting game recently (no idea if it's any good) and Kubo has been busy outside of just Bleach stuff - I've heard he's got a fashion brand now? If so, good, that's one of his strongest points

Many of those problems existed back in the late 90s/early 2000s too and they were even worse in some cases, we just didn't know about them back then because few people were sounding the alarm and we weren't going out of our way to learn about them
