Fever isn't easy, but it's much easier than DS. If you want a very easy one, then Megamix is for you. It's a little too easy for me, but it's still enjoyable.

If you're gonna play one of the old ones, play Fever. That is definitely the best one for newer players. DO NOT PLAY DS FIRST! That is by FAR the hardest one in my opinion, mainly because it uses touch controls and that's definitely harder than just buttons, even though DS is my personal favorite.
