If you have the 3d model the crude way to do it would be to throw it at something like Microsoft build and use the generic shapes to 'subtract' those from the main model. A sphere for the divot and depth, some rotated squares to get some angled cuts that make it look fractured and cracked

I'm also waiting on a Malys. The German store I ordered from say *maybe* Q4 this year, but they haven't heard anything concrete from GW.

To be fair, that phone wasn't prepared to be a bitesize chunk that chopsticks would be suitable for, so. Knife and fork is the only logical option, short of sending it back to the chef. This is definitely not an excuse for being incapable of wielding chopsticks.
