As I observe the fracturing and decimation of organizations and systems that undergird society, I've wondered what I can do to fix it.

While I can't directly fix any of the issues, I can inject positive energy into my community. Today I'm doing that by sorting food at the North Texas Food Bank.

There are green curtains covering a window at the back of the cell. along the right-hand wall is the bathroom and sink area, followed by a desk and chair a bit further down the wall. Above the desk is a shelving unit. Near the middle of the room is a twin-size bed (perhaps a twin long). The room is painted white and is well-lit. Image care of ICC ©ICC-CPI. We look into the common area of the hague prison. At the right is a foosball table. And then along the right-hand wall are either several tall cabinets or several white refrigerators. Along the wall near the back of the room is a steel countertop / food prep area. Along the back wall is a stainless steel cooktop / oven. Along the left-hand wall is some casual seating; steel frames, wooden armrests, and orange cushions. In front of the seating unit is a coffee table with a wooden top and steel base. Then in the middle of the room is a table for dining. The table seats six; it has some blue chairs and some yellow chairs. The room is well-lit and is painted white. The floor appears to be light green tiles, highly polished.
