Could anyone help me figure out what place name "Bomest" might refer to in this balance book of Hope & Co. from 1766? My best guess is that, going by Dutch phonetics, the author might have meant "Beaumetz" or "Beaumais", but I haven't a clue. Any help much appreciated!
