yea i figured out it was a scam when someone tried to do it last year to me on insta

i think i just wanted to bring awareness to these scammers bc a lot of people do t know it’s a scam and fall for it

idk i usually just report the message and block

or if they send you a check they’ll ask you to send some to someone else but the check bounces in you account and you’re out whatever money you sent them
