Video 3: After the concrete sealer was installed a 1/4” insulated underlayment was installed. The underside is coated with foam and has little noobs to provide air flow. In this case the underfloor has airflow, and prevents any floor odor.

Clean washed a concrete floor sealed the concrete with a Bostich Roll Coat, added under layerment ready and permanent dry for Luxury Vinyl Plank floor. Very good outcome.
