I’ve informed the wonderful RN that if I’m left in this condition for much longer I may lose my mind and slap my butt cheeks on the window as an SOS. Jail seems preferable at the moment.

I do not have a recliner. The tv doesn’t work. Our room has no shade and faces the window near the elevators leaving us visible to the entire med surg floor of passers by. The July fires of hell blasting through the inescapable window make me feel like I should be rotating like a rotisserie.
