Yes, I think the third file is overwritten when changing the first two. And you're right, ReBAR's behavior is strange. This also happened in MW3. Btw, if you don't want to enable/disable ReBAR in Bios, you can change the settings in the same files in Documents. Search for "Bar" and leave it Off

Nice! In my experience, ReBAR is the most important. And you can set the count thread to 7 for better performance. Just go Documents/Call of Duty… and change the number in this 3 files

Try to disable rBAR and set the thread count to 7 if you’re using the 14700k. Then you will GPU-limited and gain a lot of performance!
