Unless your advantage plan was canceled. In that case, there are extended enrollment periods. But yes, here in Idaho premiums did skyrocket and plans are worse and it really sucks.

Idaho also approved 50 million for a voucher program...and now can't balance the State budget....so chop chop chop to all the agency budgets.
