Baiken also gets BRC mix from parry. You literally have to hold this. No YRC or anything will save you here.

So Baiken can dash kara her parry guard crush. This means you HAVE to hold tether pressure every time you get parried by a competent baiken. She can also jumpscare you with super but that's fake as hell (blue beat, you can block it).

Not 100% serious but this is how I'm feeling (tiers are unordered bar the 3 first ones). I factored in unusual changes to defensive stats but not the mostly global buff. #ggst
