1,660 Afghans, including families of U.S. military members, had their hopes of safety shattered as refugee flights were canceled under Trump’s suspension. These are allies who stood by us, now left in danger. We owe them more than this.

NY, CA, CO, IL, and MA all said they will NOT be supporting Trump's Mass #Deportation plan, w/ CA, IL, NY, FL, and TX receiving at least $1 Billion in Tax Revenue with CA getting over $8.5bil. Also, MA, DC, NY, IL, CA, and CO are all #Sanctuary Jurisdiction.

Don’t be misled by the term “illegal”—it’s often used to label our #undocumented and #unauthorized neighbors.

Illinois has ~400k undocumented, w/ about 17% in Chicago. IL is also home to 1.8M immigrants, w/ ~900k at risk of deportation. The plan threatens to tear apart families and communities.
