To think that someone could be assigned to my workers comp case and then decide to revoke my treatment the night before the procedure is just heartless. I was panicking of how I was going to pay for a $9,000 procedure after being left basically broke due to this injury and not being able to work.

I had to rush to call my treating doctor and they called the insurer on my behalf. Around 15 minutes later I got a phone call from a lady telling me she is now my case manager and that my treatment is indeed covered. After dealing with burning pains for almost a year I felt so defeated
