looks cool but I don't see the "juggling" part

I mean yeah chasing the next pay raise and climbing the corporate ladder is not liberating, but that's not the fault of feminism.

4. Having more guns does not make people safer, evidenced by countries with gun control having less gun deaths. I also do not believe in "evil" as such. Obviously a shooter's life is orders of magnitude less important than the victim's but them dying is still a bad outcome. Ideally nobody would die.

3. Citizens simply owning weapons will not help you against tyranny, I mean it's not doing anything right now. Revolutions have only ever been successful with the support of the military.

2. Yes vehicles are also dangerous. As one of my points said for a vehicle you need to go through a process of getting a license to make sure you will operate it safely, also a vehicle's purpose is not to kill, it's a useful tool.

We're clearly not changing eachother's minds so I'll quickly respond to your points and that's it from me.
1. Yes you can make bombs at home, but it requires specific knowledge that's not so common. Also just because homemade bombs are also dangerous doesn't mean we shouldn't do anything about guns.

The difference is that those things are much more difficult to kill someone with, and are for other uses. I mean I've never heard of a school baseball batting. Also chemicals are regulated. And I am very much against war yes that's not a gotcha, but a military is sadly necessary for defense.
December 14, 2025 at 9:29 PM
Yes, with well regulated gun ownership, so gun control. Do you want to abolish drivers licenses because they make it more difficult for responsible people to have a car?
December 14, 2025 at 9:25 PM
I simply value human life over somebody wanting to have a gun.
December 14, 2025 at 9:15 PM
Gun control is not as simple as "people are not allowed to have guns anymore", but even disregarding that in my opinion "taking things away from responsible people" is worth it because less people get murdered. Especially when the things is not really needed.
December 14, 2025 at 9:14 PM
But "accountability" clearly doesn't work because gun violence is still happening, and yes I will keep calling it gun violence because it's violence committed using guns, I mean you wouldn't say "stop calling it domestic violence, it's not the home's fault".
December 14, 2025 at 9:06 PM
Well if you wanna automate something doing it with a hadcoded file path is not a great idea. My point is this is not very useful code.
December 14, 2025 at 8:39 PM
Yes... I'm aware... Are you a bot?
December 14, 2025 at 7:30 PM
I'm sorry? Are people not being held accountable for committing gun violence? I thought they generally get arrested and sent to prison. And I think people are also aware of gun violence and that it's generally frowned upon. What would "awareness and accountability" look like in practical terms?
December 14, 2025 at 6:56 PM
Yeah no if people just magically didn't commit crimes there would be no issue... but like, they do commit crimes, so there is an issue. An issue that gun control would help immensely. So I don't really see your point but if you have a solution that's better than gun control by all means do explain.
December 14, 2025 at 6:25 PM
I think you misunderstood, I'm for gun control. I just wanted them to clarify what they meant by "no time for gun control because it's the people that need to be controlled", since I don't exactly see how one would control the people to not commit gun violence without it being gun control.

or you can just press the "clear browser history" button in your browser, and then you don't have to write code and find out and manually input the folder where your history is saved.
December 14, 2025 at 10:25 AM
Can you elaborate on this? What would "controlling the people" look like in this case that's not gun control? Because to me restricting and regulating gun ownership IS controlling the people, but that's just what gun control is. So I'm not entirely sure what the distinction you're making is.

There are two kinds of games I really like. Live service games that are so complex you can spend thousands of hours on it (my personal favorite is warframe), and small games you could finish in one day that have an impeccable vibe and atmosphere (monument valley and the utility room for example)
