Starting off the year strong, now to actually start working out.

Down another 3 pounds from only eating dinner the last few days 😎

Have been wanting to do this for a while. I'm going to try to post weekly updates on my little weight loss journey. I was closer to 190 a couple of months ago, so it's going well already 😎
