How in theeee ever-loving hell do you get thru a Chicago winter WITHOUT WEARING SOCKS?!

Cats are ridiculous. I'm feeding an outdoor cat & trying to keep him at least slightly tame so I can get him vetted at some point. I make him come in to eat & pick him up daily. He eats then DEMANDS to be let back out. This is his first winter so we'll see if the demanding to go back out continues.

Of all the noise in my neighborhood(constant traffic, sirens, drunken dumbasses, shitty music being played at top volume), my last problem would be a rooster. I'd sleep thru that no problem. 😆

Oh, yeah, the old PR guys over on Pleasant had chickens in their community garden until some asshole complained & the city made them get rid of them. My dog & I used to visit with the rooster. I'd buy eggs from them too. It was awesome.
