4. Yes, I went to Baylor U in Waco, Texas back in the day and my old screenwriting professor is Bob Darden. In everything I've written... movies, TV... Darden is always the first to go... but as an inside joke because I love Bob!
Is there some significance to the name Darden? Since there was also Andy Darden that died in the pilot of Chicago Fire...?

3. Fortunately, I only have to worry about making shows and not how the super high-ups make their scheduling decisions. They have to juggle a ton of strategies and relationships and data and experience and sometimes old-fashioned risk-taking... they're smart people... I stay out of it!

Hi Derek, really like the show and this episode especially was really good, i was wondering if there’s a chance we might see some flashbacks of what happened during those 10 months, if not right now, maybe if we get a next season, i’m really rooting for it!!

5. There are so many! There was one that TVline had as a quote of the week and I texted him congratulations. In 108, the lines written were, "I can make ocean noises." "I use white noise." "I can do that." "You are white noise."

5. Critics work hard and have a tough job. The ones who liked Countdown are obviously brilliant and talented. The ones who didn't, well, you can't get it right all the time, and you'll get 'em next time! 😀 The truth is that renewal will be based on whether or not viewers show up each week.
The fans have made it the show number 1; how does Amazon decide renewal if few critics might not care as much.
BTW - started to watch the show for Jensen. Now - watching for the story/characters! Thank you for this show!
