Oh I am not paying them a dime of that bill and will 100% gladly take #UHC to court over 500$ bill where the only thing that changed from the past 4 years was them making me change my nursing company. Optum made about 224 billion dollars in 2023, that is a lot of 500$'s.

I score much lower on the EDSS scale with just the walking test. I am able to work full time, so this scale says I am 'good'. 😀 I have difficulty walking long distances and moderate to severe symptoms.

Never have been a fan of the term 'MS Warrior' and how it is used like we are fighting something. I want people to see and respect who I am for me and not just as a person who fought MS. It also can turn MS into something almost like a pedestal. Life sucks for everyone, I just happen to have MS too.

Not too much, of course the first really cold week sucks. Not looking forward to next weeks sudden drop (also in KS). So far in ~8 years it has not changed much for me, extreme heat causes the usual stuff. Extreme cold just sucks, but easier to manage with clothes and breaks in warm vehicle at work

Not sure I would do a hot bath or sauna, but a hot shower in the winter can be nice. I tried a hot tub years ago and flopped out of it like a wet fish. 😅

Not really bothered by either one that badly, probably no more than a regular person I guess.
