They're trying to claim its OK because their artists work was the prompt. If they created the model using only that artist's work, then they might have an argument. But they use Midjourney, Photoshop AI, DallE... all systems with models built on every published artwork.

Old, probably. Check the install date, they expire after ~10 years. You can also replace them with combo smoke/CO detectors!
