if he wasn't tried and convicted on these crimes, the blanket pardons for the J6 terrorists doesn't apply to this crime, correct? If we can get a free-and-fair election in 2028, this guy could be charged with his crimes? Not saying it'll happen but possible? Doubtful he'd get a pre-emptive pardon.

Fetterman isn’t up for re-election until 2028. By then we won’t be voting anyway, or it’ll be a for-show election.
