Both our reptiles require some care on a day to day basis. (Mostly giving them fresh water and checking for poop.) Once every 3 months or so there is the big cleaning of the soil. That is quite a bit of work to consider.

I started this year with a goal. Finish a sketchbook for once. So I started last week by doing some portraits from Spawn and plan to do a few more characters. #sketch #sketchbook #traditionalart #artsky

Since I don't have access to housing yet I am just making timerunners and doing order hall campaigns. Finished priest, mage and death Knight last week and just started warrior so no gear in the shoulder slot just yet..

Omdat ik van tekenen nu echt eens een gewoonte probeer te maken doe ik mee aan Drawtober. Want niet dagelijks een prompt. Dan kan ik zelfs n keer 5 minuten aan iets werken en dat is dan goed. De eerste prompt was Candlelit Messenger. #drawtober

I will look at the video later. I am starting to draw more regularly by accepting my sketch book to be messier.. like these that I did on the train this morning. So it seems this fits perfectly in my art journey this week

Art from beginning of Covid vs Now! Definitely made some progress. And then the now picture is still work in progress. Will be colored digitally.

The reason for picking this one is because it's from the first time I picked up drawing for fun again. It's kind of whimsy and a character I redrew after a few years of practice. And I plan on doing a new version soon

I'm still scared of Artfight.. I mean do I even have any OC's? Does the silly pirate mouse I drew more than once count for instance.. xD and I get that feeling of the burnout. I somehow kick-started my own drawing back up because I wanted to make HDCC prints as gifts for people..

I went to Heroes Dutch comiccon yesterday and had quite a lovely time meeting some comic heroes and having them sign a 24 year old issue of Scion. And I got to meet David Tennant if only briefly for an autograph. And I made some prints from my sketchbook for each of them.

Poging aan het opstarten om weer vaker gewoon mn schetsboek te gebruiken. Geïnspireerd door mn kinderen. De oudste (7) wilde dat ik ook ging tekenen, net als hij. De jongste (3) is helemaal gek van Pokemon. Dus werdt t team Rocket. Nu volhouden en ook team Ash tekenen xD

Stukje ontoegankelijkheid. Deze luier container wordt veel gebruikt door ouderen uit het naastgelegen tehuis. Met een rollator is deze nu niet te bedienen. Meteen maar even een melding van gemaakt want weer een prima voorbeeld van #alledaagsvalidisme

Perfectionism has been my enemy for months... Not picking up a pencil to fill up these pages with a third portrait. So glad I finally did.. it's really like a weight of my shoulders

Im working on this page from my sketchbook where I'm drawing people I follow on Instagram.

Spent the last day of my end of the year break going out to buy comics. Got some books of some of my favorite artists like @stjepansejic.bsky.social and @toddnauck.bsky.social . And bonus fun for taking my 7 year old along in the train. He had no idea there were so many comics..
