Not sure. I arrived about 15 minutes after it had parked and all the human cargo had been loaded at that point. Incidentally, the black vans have blue plates. I think these are Massachusetts "Official" plates, which suggests that transport is done through MA Plymouth County Sheriff and not ICE.

The black minibuses seen at Hanscom, drove from Plymouth, not from Burlington. There doesn’t appear to be any change at Burlington.
Reduction in detained at Burlington is likely because arrests in Massachusetts have been generally lower (much lower) than in May/early June.

There are some detainees at the federal prison in Berlin, NH. You are right though, it has been a few days since we've seen one at Hanscom.
