we've always enjoyed Restaurant 415 and The Emporium (inside the Elizabeth Hotel). Others might be Blue Agave and Uno Mas Taqueria if you like it spicier. If you just want a nice sandwich then Choice City Butcher/Deli and Yampa Sandwich make good ones. Good luck!
