Yes! That's one reason we went to the shelter outside of town that's more "country." They were so much cheaper and less restrictions too.

The fenced in yard is always so high in their list. We don't have one either. That's crazy since you live across from the dog park. Some orgs make it extra difficult!

Ha ha, Andrew did the same a while ago. I ended up getting him some modeling clay. I have always hated playdoh!
