Oh yes I remember doing that with Basmati rice. I also did diced potato with 4 cheese sauce in Curly Kale jacket topped with flaked Salmon pieces drizzled with lemon & thyme sauce [with added prawns].

I'm all good, been experimenting with my new combination microwave, airfryer, oven and grill and certainly not hungry - the food goes down well a cup of Assam tea !! How have you been ?

That's salt for you - I gradually ate more & more stuff with salt in and I didn't notice it until I saw dark shading under my eyes indicating sodium overdose so now I don't take anything with salt in.
