Roasted a turkey for the first time this year, turned out awesome. Dry rub w/ sage, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, and ginger, then injection basted w/ Creole butter baste. Made gravy with the drippings. Next year I plan to smoke it if we're not in the middle of a blizzard.

This was a course eval I got for the question "Is there anything I should change to make this course or my teaching more effective?"

We found these at a Korean market in Chicago and they are a 10/10. Tossed them in the extra hot Golden Curry with some other veggies and it was incredible.
