Hmm, i agree! its interesting tho how they tried implementing it. I personally think it might work better on a long ish cape like aatp’s? It definitely need textile with more weight. Or if it has to be a dress probably a long bow on the back of an OTT OP- might be a bit better altho still kinda eh🤔

All these, for slaying curses? HELLO? The fact that Geto wears his outfit in all black also showed us boy know how to create interesting silhouette without breaking those shape. TLDR if Geto decided to throw everything away and start a Japanese Fashion Blog, he'll be walking the runway in no time.

Jika-tabis are constructed like tabis but uses tougher material. They tend to be calf-height and are usually worn by construction workers/gardeners/rickshaw drivers. Big fashion brands like Margiela is known to popularize this style of shoes and booooy, these are VERY POPULAR among fashionistas!

Next, what about his 'tabi shoes'? Tabis are socks that are commonly worn with kimono and zori or geta sandals. These sandals are 'flip flop style'; so naturally, tabi socks are given split toe for ease of wear. In another hand, Jika-Tabi is another form of 'tabi' that are worn as shoes.

His pants are SO CHIC that it has been adapted multiple times by high-end Japanese brands like Yohji Yamamoto, Commes des Garcons and Issey Miyake. These are big names in the fashion world and baby, Geto KNOW HIS SHIT!

The pants’ generous width allow ease of movement, and the tapered bottom avoid it catching on equipment. Now, this make sense as a sorcerer because you're totally NOT accidentally ripping your pants mid-fight or accidentally getting caught on some stuff while jumping mid-air swinging your weapon.

It’s history rooted waaaaay back- when knickerbockers were THE SHIT during early 90's in America. This western silhouette was then adapted to Japanese Military uniform during world war 2 where it's worn with knee-length boots, before it’s adapted by modern Japanese construction workers.

A lot of pants in history have similar shape, but seeing how Geto paired the look with tabi shoes (shoes with separate toe part) led me to believe that his choice of pants are inspired by the classic japanese construction worker’s pants Tobi. (Tobi and tabi, i know its confusing but bear with me!)

Look! At! Those! Fit! Consisting of black, double-breasted jacket and baggy pants, his choice of fit is far from boring. Both modern&traditional, very interesting silhouette, far from bland (Sorry Gojo). Firstly, let’s talk about his choice of pants! They’re baggy and tapers tightly at the bottom.

I said it before and I’ll say it again here. Suguru Geto of Jujutsu Kaisen have the best taste in customising his uniform 10/10 boy ate and left no crumbs: A Fashion Analysis

Appreciating what this lolita brand do (btssb): trying to mimic the back detail of rococo era’s robe a la francaise.

I dont think its working though. If the back pleats are longer or the dress is of different material (more luster and shine?) it might work 😩. Any thoughts?
