found this sexy thing on an oak stump in my backyard #mushroom #fungi
a close up of what might be a turkey tail mushroom that is about twice the size of my thumb. there are deep red and black bands fanning outward followed by a final white band on the outer edge. i am holding it with my thumb and forefinger.
