My customer had a visitor with a dog she told me she wasn’t comfortable around. It was a small breed, but today it bit my finger while I was delivering mail. The dog wasn’t on a leash, and I was just trying to defend myself. It even took a small chunk of skin off my thumb,such a gross feeling.

I'll be voting no. As a letter carrier this offer is nothing but a slap in the face. It's almost as bad as CPC changing our delivery to SSD . It's incompetent, Disorganized and not in the best for both carriers and our customers.
