My wife and I participated at a local Peoples March on Saturday. About 5 people from different organizations spoke at the rally. Joyce and I made a contact with a lady that had started an organization to protest what is going on. I hope people are getting all over the country!

My little 15 year old cat Cindy has developed hypothyroid. I now have to give her medicine twice a day. I have learned to crush it and mix it in her favorite treat.
