ICAM is a dynamic coalition working to revolutionise global dog and cat welfare. Our focus is on free-roaming dogs and cats, often referred to as strays. Our vision is of a world where dog, cat, and human populations live together harmoniously.
As described in this article from World Organisation for Animal Health, Bhutan has achieved ~90% dog sterilisation & rabies vaccination: it's what’s possible when evidence, humane management & community come together.
