Joseph also outlined how ICA programmes are pairing grassroots innovation with policy, evidence, and financing — from cooperative law reform and education initiatives to the CM50 Leadership Circle and its 2026–2030 Commitment Plan.

At the Global Social and Solidarity Economy Forum (GSEF2025) in Bordeaux 🇫🇷, Joseph Njuguna, ICA’s Director of Policy, joined a high-level plenary on how to re-embed democracy in the economy.
