Just finished a 5-4 podcast episode, "The Shadow Docket with Steve Vladeck" where they talk creatively about court reform/retribution strategies based on a historical analysis discussed in Vladeck's book. Budget slashing, moving them to a basement, ending their term early were good ideas.
