No joke, between my stomach issues and food prices I have done the same. Lunch 5 days a week consists of one pack of nabs. $.21 a day for lunch plus one Kroger brand Coke Zero. I’ll throw in a fun size candy bar if I’m feeling froggy.

My younger sister was the same way to her 17 year old son and just had a new baby. We haven’t spoken in years, if we ever speak again it’ll be too soon.

My ex’s mom treated her kids like that and thus her kids (including my ex) treat everyone else like that too. And the worst part is they’re so goddamn fiercely loyal when the chips are down out of self defense or fear or whatever.

At least this girl seems to have enough sense to try to get out.

I grew up seeing so much of this redneck “I’ve got to terrorize my kids” shit and it has made me fucking sick to my stomach my entire life. These people can’t live without drama or making other people jump thru hoops just so they can be mad at them.
