As a reminder, mental health remains an ongoing concern, and I encourage all of us to check in on others as often as possible and make sure no one feels alone.

I appreciate the good work you do to change lives for the better, whether that be by helping our members and local unions fight for better wages, benefits, and working conditions or in the work you do to give new and future members the same incredible opportunities we all enjoy in the IBEW.
