Maybe i sound melodramatic. I just think it hurts that the former best animation studio (in the US) is being dragged down 70s cartoon style by the company they kept from irrelevancy.
Not saying they’re doomed or whatever, just. It sucks.

I get that the BrainTrust model wasn’t a perfect system and didn’t translate well to Disneys studio, but it was better than it + major corporate hands shaping the story to have “mass appeal”
As long as Disneys current management is in place, the second gen will not even have a chance to measure up
