Always a tricky argument to make, that it takes so long for transfers to be completed and how complex they are. I can`t think of any other club that seems hamstrung - every window -by these factors when it comes to signing the players they need.

I listen to Pretty Forks and Havoc and Bright Lights a lot. They deserve a lot of attention. Alanis hasn`t put a foot wrong in over 30 years of huge fame 😍

When I was 6 or 7 we got our first VHS player. I recorded Jaws from the TV and watched it pretty much every day.

I don`t think it stretches our brains to imagine a world where Ange is sacked in October with a league position of 11th and after some difficult European nights. I would have loved him to succeed but then I`d love Frank (if it is to be) to succeed too.

He`s not been the same since he didn`t have Charlie to chat with... but it`s probably fair. Some Spurs fans, certainly me, will wonder if he could have married the backs-to-wall style with the expansive attacking flair - (almost definitely not) - but he succeeded when many bigger names failed.

I`m feeling sad, which has surprised me. But I don`t think you`re allowed to not participate in the main competition to win another. As you said months ago, Ange is playing __otba__, but at the end he showed he could play fo____ll, so maybe he could have put it all together? We`ll always wonder.

Well, whatever happens we (Spurs) should say we got the date wrong and not turn up for the Super Cup.

I was pondering what the best result for Spurs might be; decided that an Inter defeat will lead to Inzaghi resigning as he wants to try the Premier League, especially in London, where he will walk into Levy`s open arms. *Although I`m not writing off Inter tonight, not just yet!
