This is a travesty of a law, yet another example of perpetual windshield perspective from delusional politicians who get chauffeured in SUVs everywhere that they go. And it was put on the ballot by a Council dominated by Dems, in an overwhelmingly Dem city, at the behest of a Republican. Be ashamed.

I recall a study around ten years ago that showed Manhattan would require an additional 48 bridges or tunnels if everyone who worked here drove in, and that 80% of the island would have to be given over to parking. ....I would really love to know if these people even understand how cities work.
